About Lianbo

An injection-molding partner built on organization and proof.

Lianbo is an injection-molding factory — the partner you call when the part has to be right and on the dock when promised. We turn engineering plastics, TPE, and commodity resins into precision molded parts, and we hold the line on consistency.

We run the full process in-house in Dongguan — material formulation, tooling, molding, finishing, and assembly — across 22 injection machines, with every batch tracked and every parameter recorded.

Our Capabilities, Our Responsibilities

DISCIPLINE, BY DESIGN

Our Capabilities

Deep expertise in a few things.

Not shallow coverage of everything. What we make, we make right.

Plastic Injection Technology

  • Precision molding with predictable, repeatable results — shot to shot.
  • ABS, PC, Nylon, PC+CF, NYLON+GF, POM, and conductive compounds.
  • Full in-house testing: high/low temperature, UV aging, salt spray, RCA abrasion, alcohol resistance.

TPE Materials

Our core strength. TPE molding brings its own problems — large-area surface defects, whitening, oil bleed, flash, and unstable shrinkage. We get them right before the first shot.

  • We formulate each TPE compound per project with our material partners — proprietary material built around your product; we design the possibilities.
  • We modify our equipment to match the material's behavior, so consistency holds shot to shot.

Robotic Automation

Less labor, more consistent precision — batch after batch, year after year. A range of automation on the floor:

  • robotic arms with ultrasonic runner cutter
  • custom-built equipment for all processing demands
  • automated hinge-assembly stations
  • automated beside-the-press grinder with re-feed at a controlled ratio

Processing Capabilities

What happens after the part is molded:

  • Insert / Overmolding
  • Ultrasonic bonding
  • Assembly
  • Spray coating
  • Laser printing

Product Development Support

We support your project from drawing to production:

  • DFM review
  • Mold-flow analysis
  • Warpage & shrink prediction
  • Simulation before tooling
  • Material selection
Quality Assurance

The Difference

What sets us apart.

We do not lose your trust. And your parts feel it.

01 — Order

Walk the floor before you trust the shop.

But how do you read a shop in a few minutes — and know it's one you can trust?

A tidy workshop is the simplest test there is. Walk in: if the floor is clean, machines are uncluttered, and nothing is piling up in the corners, that comfort is worth trusting — a reliable shop usually feels reliable the moment you step in.

Details like these cannot be staged; order on the floor is management you can see.

A well‑ordered production line safeguards both your quality and delivery. We uphold this standard across every shift.

02 — Mastery

We don't chase volume — we chase mastery.

Mastery is depth, not breadth: understanding a material and a process well enough that quality is repeatable by method, not by luck.

  • We translate master‑craftsman intuition into records and theory, so every batch maintains proven, consistent quality year after year.
  • We study failure modes beyond bare specifications — warpage, shrink, gate location, cooling.
  • We go deep on a few materials, rather than spreading thinly across many.
  • We invest in understanding why, not only hitting spec requirements.
  • We take on fewer projects, to give each the focused attention it deserves.
03 — Sustainability

People and Planet, by Design.

We care about the people who make your parts and the world they make them in — so the choices follow.

  • Recycled materials since 2016 — among the early adopters of recycled compound in injection molding, sourced from majors like LG rather than ordinary in-house scrap.
  • 60% clean energy — mostly hydro and solar, with far less coal burned.
  • Waste-gas purified on site — collected and treated, never released directly.
  • People first — on-site medical care, protective measures, and an eye-wash station within reach; green plants grow where people work.
Factory Tour

We don't build showrooms. We build trust.

The floor, as it actually is — organized, consistent, and quietly precise.

TPE cushion on custom tray

TPE cushion

Every part is protected through the whole process — from the moment it leaves the mold to the moment it ships. Each tray slot holds a fixed count, stacked in order and kept clean — no contamination, no mix-up. We care about every single product that leaves here; that is what every step is for.

On-site eye-wash station for immediate first aid

Emergency Eye-wash Station

Installed where people work. If a chemical or irritant reaches a worker's eyes, those first seconds of flushing can save their sight.

Recycled material grinding and re-feed equipment

Beside-the-press grinder & regrind feeder

This unit sits beside a single machine. It grinds that machine's runners and sprue on the spot, then feeds the regrind back into the same hopper at a controlled ratio. Off-cuts return to the part instead of the bin — less material wasted, the same resin every run.

Green plants around the factory

A factory that breathes

Plants grow around the building — keeping the air lighter and the place human. Care is not a slogan; it is part of the environment we run.

Every tool has its place

Every tool has its place

Order at the bench is how consistency reaches the part.

Mold warehouse — every mold tracked

Every mold has its ID, its log, its place.

Each mold has a fixed place, an ID tag, and a maintenance log. Your tooling is stored, serviced, and pulled on schedule — accounted for the whole time it is with us.

Button aging test in progress

We do not guess. We measure.

The right way to prevent problems is to characterize and analyze root issues thoroughly. We use different tools for each project and product — building custom instrumentation when no commercial solutions exist. Validated experience is codified into rules and work instructions, removing reliance on guesswork and subjective experience.

Exhaust gas recovery and treatment system

Environmental responsibility, on the floor.

Exhaust from the floor is collected through ducts and treated on site before release — the air stays clean for our people and the neighborhood. Responsibility is not a line in a report; it is equipment we actually run.

Finished-goods warehouse

Finished-goods warehouse

This is how the finished-goods area looks every day — labeled, batch-tracked, floor clear. A warehouse this ordered is what makes your delivery date a commitment, not a hope. Clean floors are not decoration; they are how we work.

Material warehouse

Certified recycled material.

The recycled compound we run — traceable, consistent, and lighter on the planet.

Best Supplier award wall

Best Supplier, every year.

Named Supplier of the Year by our customers — year after year, without exception.

ISO 9001:2015 certificate — Chinese and English

ISO 9001:2015.

Certified since 2018, recertified in 2024. The standard we run on — not the certificate we hang.

Sustainability

Building a sustainable future, responsibly.

Environmental responsibility is not an afterthought — it is built into how we operate, from the power we buy to the waste we recover.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

How long from drawing to first samples?

Most custom molds run about 4 weeks from released drawing to first-trial samples, depending on part complexity. You get our DFM and engineering feedback within 24 hours on business days — so you're never waiting blind.

Is everything done in-house?

Yes. The whole chain runs under our own roof in Dongguan — compound, tooling, molding, finishing, assembly — across 22 machines, with every batch tracked and every parameter logged. Every mold carries its own ID and service history.

What engineering support do you give before tooling?

Before any steel is cut, we work the project with you: DFM review, mold-flow analysis, warpage and shrink prediction, pre-tooling simulation, and material selection — all in-house, so tooling risk drops before it costs you.

Is recycled material stable enough for precision parts?

We've molded recycled compound since 2016, sourced from suppliers like LG rather than from our own shop-floor scrap — so it's traceable and consistent batch to batch. Waste gas is treated on site and not released directly.

What clean energy do you use, and does it cost extra?

Roughly 60% of our power is clean — mostly hydro and solar, with far less coal burned. It's how we run the plant, not a paid option.
